We are seeking a Director of Strategic Capital / Institutional Partnerships Lead who can:

• Secure $250K+ in grants, sponsorships, and institutional capital within 3–6 months

• Build relationships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and cultural investors

• Position BVT as a premium cultural asset aligned with major brands

💼 COMPENSATION (ETHICAL + PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN)

This role uses a Base + Milestone-Based Incentive Structure (NOT commission-based, in compliance with IRS and AFP guidelines):

• Base (Project or Retainer): Negotiable based on experience

• Performance Incentives:

  • Bonuses tied to capital milestones achieved

  • Additional accelerator bonuses for $100K+ partnerships secured

Top performers can generate $150K–$250K+ total compensation.
