• Internal BVT readers screen ALL submissions

• Cut down to Top 10–15 scripts

👉 This is critical. Without this:

• Judges burn out

• Decisions get sloppy

• Deadlines slip

🔹 STAGE 2: JUDGES READ FINALISTS

MAY 19–23 (Tue–Sat)

• Judges receive ONLY Top 10–15 scripts

• Each judge:

  • reads

  • scores using rubric

• Daily reminder nudges sent

🔹 STAGE 3: SCORING + DELIBERATION

MAY 24 (Sunday)

• All scores submitted

• BVT compiles totals

• Identify:

  • Top 3 finalists

  • Any ties / close margins

Optional:

• 30–45 min virtual judge call (if needed)
